We absolutely love this place, and a big reason is Karen! She's a true gem and makes every visit amazing! We actually plan our visits around her schedule. And of course, the food is always top-notch and delicious. Highly recommend!

I've had Royal Pizza from the Edmonton west location and haven't been impressed. However while at my cousins recently they decided to order pizza for dinner and they really enjoy Royal Pizza. I have to say its better than the west Edmonton location by far, not only is the store front better but the pizza was really good. I'm not sure why the difference in experiences or maybe its a franchise owner problem or a off night. I will try the west Edmonton location again just because the sherwood park location did so well.

The service and quality of the pizza was undeniably the best I have ever had. There was a small problem with my pizza. The manager was so kind, professional and genuine. In this cold world it is a welcoming experience. Absolutely recommend this location and Royal Pizza in total. I look forward to visiting them again. It was a fantastic experience. 5 stars to all the staff members at Royal Pizza. Pizza was delicious!!!!!

Had the lasagna which was 2 bucks off on Tuesday. A good amount of food. Good deal all-around. And when I forgot my phone they held it till I returned. Much thanks.

Fayth was an outstanding server. She thought of everything and ensured that we had all that we needed. The pizza was really delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. We will be sure to return in the future.

Just wanted to post a recent pic for reviews. Some locations are starting to use a gross processed cheese mix that turns clear-ish and smooth when cooled and doesn't taste as good. So for anyone wanting to know, this location is not using that nasty cheese, thank goodness!

We usually order takeout from Royal Pizza, and it's always delicious - our go-to pizza place in Sherwood Park. We decided to stop in for dinner one night while we were out near the location. It's a great little place, with a dining and lounge side. They had kid menus, complete with coloring pages & crayons, which was a nice surprise for our toddler. The portion sizes for the kids' menu are generous. Our booth seating was comfortable, and our server was friendly. There were highchairs and booster seats available for use. The pizza was even more delicious than takeout, and we find the price reasonable. I'm happy we stopped in! There is ample parking in the lots surrounding the shopping area, including handicapped spaces.
